convenient location quick access tasty cheese helpful staff
The hotel enjoys a convenient location near the river. Tram number 4 stops right in front of the hotel. This provides quick access to the main train station. The continental breakfast included tasty cheeses, various meats, cereals and croissants. The staff was super helpful at all times .
My room felt rather basic. It only included instant coffee instead of a proper coffee machine.

charmed stay in a central location
good breakfast helpful staff amazing location
the included breakfast offered many good options. the staff provided super helpful assistance. i found the location amazing, being very close to a tram stop for easy access to the main station.

broken fridge poor ventilation
the staff helped with check in and finding parking near the hotel.
i found that the fridge was broken and all my food spoiled. water leaked onto the floor. the room was very hot with no ventilation and the fan did not work properly it was shaking aggressively so my stay was uncomfortable.

excellent location and friendly staff
central location helpful staff short walk
I appreciated the central location. the hotel was a short walk from many attractions. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. i liked the proximity to transport stations. It made getting around easy.
the rooms were quite small. also, the lack of air conditioning was a minor inconvenience.

The café on the ground floor offered a simple selection. i saw cakes, soup and toasted sandwiches. The offer seemed dependent on the time of day. breakfast included muesli, bread, ham, cheese, and boiled eggs.
